Mature Cheddar with added wholegrain mustard creating a burst of flavour, this is a wonderful crunchy and boozy combination. Our beer is supplied by the Friday Beer Co. also based in Worcestershire. A perfect accompaniment with beef or ham and goes well with British Bitter Ale. Suitable for vegetarians.
